I’m Susan Pagor

ADHD + Executive Function Coach

I work with business professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and those with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties.

Through a supportive and collaborative process, I help my clients figure out what it is that they want for themselves, and develop systems and strategies that honor their uniqueness, and gives them the confidence and skillset to move forward.

I am passionate about helping people understand and accept who they are, so they are able to harness their strengths and follow their own path.

My Approach

The way I approach coaching is to focus on two areas: the details and the strategies.

It’s my view that by changing some of the small stuff (details), you can begin to improve some of the big stuff. I may suggest you make micro changes to support your goals.

The other area of focus that works with the people I coach is to work on strategy, referring to how you will achieve a goal or your approach. If I can help you develop an innovative (and perhaps unconventional) strategy, it can often lead to a new way of thinking that you will use far beyond our time together.

I am also very practical. I will always ask what you want to have happen (or need to have happen), which helps you clarify your goals, the outcome, the result, or the experience you want to create. Only when you’re clear on what you want to have happen, can we focus on the small steps that will create the intended result. So, please don’t be surprised if I challenge you to do things differently or to do something you don’t feel comfortable doing. Change happens when we are willing to try something new.

My goal is to help you understand the ways ADHD & executive functioning is present in your life, and how to use tools to improve your experience.

FUN FACTS

Get to know me!

  • My ADHD Brain + Family

I received my ADHD diagnosis after completing college. Despite my active mind, I struggled to complete tasks and stay organized. Receiving this diagnosis was an "ah-ha" moment for me, as it allowed me to fully understand why life had been so challenging. After becoming a mother and seeing three out of my four children also receive an ADHD diagnosis, I developed a passion for helping others in similar situations.

  • My Hobbies + Passions

So, I've got a super active brain and a ton of hobbies! When I'm not coaching, you can catch me hiking through the gorgeous hills of Northern California, browsing for vintage goodies, doodling away, and chilling with my family, friends, and my sweet Cavapoo pup, Penny Lane.

  • My Experience

My job history is quite diverse! I have owned several clothing boutiques, a PR agency, and managed a team of 50 at a design firm. The common theme in all of these jobs has been coaching. I thoroughly enjoy helping others discover what they truly want. Throughout my career, I have assisted executives, entrepreneurs, students, and friends in developing new habits and approaches. Additionally, I have a good sense of humor which I like to incorporate into each coaching session.
